Hello,
I was wondering if my refrigerator freezer has an alarm reset button on it for the unit
My freezer is not freezing the goods completely frozen

Thank you for your question. If the door alarm is sounding, make sure the door is shut and press any button to clear the alarm. If the freezer is too warm, set the freezer to a colder temperature.
