The dryers turns on but is not drying the clothes. I checked the fuse but they were alright. Could it be thermostat or what might it be?
For model number FFRE4120SW
Hello Dottye,
Thank you for your question. Our sources suggest that the thermostat under part PS12176547 for your model is likely the cause of the lack of heat in the dryer. We hope this helps.
Hello Terry, thank you for your question. That error code is in relation to a drain issue. We would recommend checking the hoses for blockages or kinks, and test the drain pump. I hope this helps.

The drum will not come out. After removing all required parts and removing the belt from the pulleys I lift up on the drum while pulling forward. It sounds as though the bearing disengaged however the drum will not come out. As if the bearing is stuck.
For model number FFRE4120SW
Hello Eric, Thankyou for your inquiry. You can try removing the back panel of the dryer to see if you can access the bearing and checking it. We have included a link for a similar part to give you a general idea on how to access the bearing. We hope this helps.

I have a model ffre4120sw dryer that running in normal setting starts off at 50 minutes and in about 3 minutes it jumps time to 20 minutes and goes ahead rinse and shuts off on 0 and the clothes are still wet. What could my problem be ?
For model number FFRE4120SW
Hello Larry, thank you for getting in touch. We have researched the model and would suggest checking the humidity sensor, part number PS12176538. It monitors the moisture level of the clothes and sends information to the control board, which then decides how long the cycle should run. A faulty sensor might not send accurate information to the control board. Checking the moisture sensor for continuity using a multimeter might help. Good luck with the repair!
