Thank you for your question. If the freezer is too warm, check and see that the door gasket is sealing when the door is closed. If it is not sealing completely, or if you leave the door open too long, warm moist air will get inside. If the gasket appears dirty, clean it with some warm soapy water to see if it helps. If not, you will need to replace it. If the gasket is fine, we recommend replacing the main electronic control board. We hope this helps!

I ordered a shelf for my freezer and the box came it seemed vey light. When I opened it much to my suprise the box was empty now the shelf is on backorder, sad sad sad!!!
