Low water volume at in door dispenser. Water filter replaced about 1 month ago.Thank you.

Thank you for your question. If water is dispensing slowly, the water line in the door may be partially frozen or there may be an issue with the water pressure in your home. There are some parts you should check as well. You should also check the water inlet valve, the micro switch, the dispenser control switch and the water filter housing. Ice maker form’s good cubes but does cycle through to drop cubes in the bin.

Hello Randall, thank you for your inquiry. If your ice maker is not dropping ice, maybe there is a blockage in the ice tray, or an ice cube is jammed between the bin and the lever. If this happens, here are some things you can do: Remove the ice bin to see if there is ice accumulation. Remove any blocked ice by carefully chipping at it with a plastic knife. If this does not help, you will need to replace the cycling thermostat, part number PS11743313. Thank you for your inquiry, good luck with this repair!
Hi guys. After replacing my water filter, I now have a tiny little stream of water at the water dispenser. If I push it in with a bit of force, it increases the flow to normal level. Have I gotten a poorly fitting filter, or might it be something else? I’ve not experienced this condition previously. Thank you!

Hello Randall, thank you for the inquiry. According to our research, you may need to check that you have installed the water filter correctly. If the issue still occurs, you may need to check the dispenser switch, part number PS11738948, to fix the issue. It controls dispensing of ice or water when you press the dispenser lever. Thanks to the pictorial diagram, I was able to order correct parts. It was just a matter of removal of broken parts and replacing them. Ice maker now working and air is no longer getting into freezer which was freezing up ice maker. Thanks for timely delivery, now I am able to use ice dispenser, which I haven't used for long time.
