Water is leaking out of the freezer. The bottom of the freezer is iced up and water is coming out through the bottom of the door. I think it is coming from the ice maker, but I have looked all around and cannot see where it is coming from.

Hello Joe, Thank you for contacting us. If the bottom of the freezer is iced up, then the drain tube and fitting may be clogged and causing the water from the defrost cycle to stay in the bottom of the freezer. Check the drain tube grommet and drain tube trivet for any clogs and defrost as needed. Also check the drain pan to see if there is water in it. We hope this helps you.

Hi Joe, Thank you for asking. The Evaporator Drip Tray is located at the back underside of the appliance by the compressor. You will need to pull the appliance out and remove the back bottom panel to access the Tray. We hope this helps!

Thanks to the pictorial diagram, I was able to order correct parts. It was just a matter of removal of broken parts and replacing them. Ice maker now working and air is no longer getting into freezer which was freezing up ice maker. Thanks for timely delivery, now I am able to use ice dispenser, which I haven't used for long time. Thanks
