Hello Guillermo, Thank you for the question. We suggest to vacuum the coils under or behind the fridge. Clogged or dirty coils can cause poor cooling. We also suggest checking the fan at the back of the freezer and down at the compressor to make sure they are circulating air. You can also test the Electronic Defrost Control Board, Bi-Metal Defrost Thermostat and the Temperature Control Thermostat. We hope this helps!
