A light bulb has burned out on my Bosch 800 series undercabinet hood 36'' stainless steel dph36652uc. I cannot figure out how to remove the bulb from the hood to replace the bulb. There is nothing in the manual that says how to remove a bulb. I tried twisting the bulb to unscrew it, but the glass untwisted from the bulb base with wires still connected. Can you tell me how to replace the bulb?Thanks,

You might need to use a set of needle-nose pliers to hold on to the base and twist the light bulb out. Please be sure to have the unit disconnected from the electricity before attempting this. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.
