Why does the water dispenser work and the ice maker won't fill?
For model number CVE28DP3NBD1
PartSelect logo
Hello Cw, thank you for getting in touch. If your water dispenser works but the ice maker will not fill, the most likely reason is a blockage in the water supply line leading to the ice maker. We would recommend cleaning the water line first. If the problem persists, then you may need to check the water inlet valve assembly, part number PS12744135, to solve the problem. We hope this helps!
