Is there a video on how to remove the shelves?
For model number CRT206QW3
Hi Patty, thank you for getting in touch. Unfortunately, we do not have the video, but you may follow the given instructions in order to remove the shelves:
1-Remove the shelf by pulling forward to stop position.
2- Lift the front edge up and pull out.

There were no screws to remove or add. All were snap on parts.
