Need two new oven racks
For model number CPS127
Hi Joseph, thank you for reaching out. The oven service rack for your model is part number PS16630211, and the rack support is part number PS16627895. They are sold individually. We hope that helps!
I did not do the repair since the part shipped was not the correct one. I have contacted Customer Service by phone and mail and nothing has been resolved.
I would, at least, like to return the incorrect part. An new one would be great but not holding out hope.
Purchased a screw extractor set from the local Ace Hardware (SpeedOut). Be sure and carefully follow the screw extractor instructions as written (counterclockwise turn). Removed old screws and replaced them with new screws supplied by PartSelect.
