The self cleaning feature does not work ,stove door does not lock

Hello Sarah, thank you for contacting us. The symptoms indicate that the electrical lock assembly, part number PS8722084, is most likely to be faulty. This assembly locks the oven door during the self-cleaning cycle. If the door is not properly locked the self-cleaning cycle will not proceed.
