The refrigerator works fine but the freezer isn’t cold enough to freeze why?

Hello Matthew, thank you for writing. We suggest checking that the door seal is in good condition with not rips or deterioration. The door seal is part PartSelect Number PS12071784. Or the evaporator Fan Motor part PartSelect Number PS8730644 can be why if it is not functioning properly. Good luck with your repair.
Suspected bad inverter, called repairman who confirmed it. Overnighted part, had to take some wires off old inverter & install on new part. Fairly simple 15 minute job
I mistakenly ordered the wrong part number online and the filter was too big. I called Part Select and the gentleman knew the correct part number and sent it. I also received directions for returning the incorrect part.
