Water runs from the ice maker into the ice bucket/tray where it freezes into a sheet of ice. Any idea what part i need to replace?Thanks.

Hello Terrance, thank you for your question. That could be an issue with the water valve supplying too much water or the icemaker itself. We would recommend replacing the water valve first, and if that doesn't fix the issue the icemaker should be replaced. I hope this helps.

On our Bosch refrigerator b21cl81sns, on the foldaway door bar attached to the left door, a small spring dropped out and seems to be broken. The result is that the foldaway door no longer pulls itself in so that the door can close. We have to manually fold the foldaway door bar in so that the door can close. Do you know where i can get a replacement spring? And, would i be able to install it or would i need a repairman to do it? Thank you for your help. /janet.

Freezer handle end cap (plastic) the bolts into the freezer is broken. Can I just buy that part or do I have to buy a complete handle with the two mounting end plastic shoes?

Hello Kal, thank you for writing. The Door handle has the " end plastic shoes" all attached as an assembly. The bolts are sold separately on PartSelect Number PS11771104. The Door Handel is PartSelect Number PS11771028. We hope this helps.
Ice maker malfunctions. Cubes freeze but are not released and then water flows into ice tray and freezes as solid sheet.

We would also recommend checking the water inlet valve, part number PS11771434, and ensuring that it is continuous and providing water with 20 psi pressure. I ordered a bottom container shelf for the left door of a Bosch refrigerator. I received a container shelf for the right door. The part cost $11.85. Shipping was $7.95. I contacted the company and was offered a refund if I returned it, but there was no offer to pay for the shipping.
I decided not to return it, because even with a refund for the part, I would be out $16 and have no part. Maybe someday I will need a container shelf for the right door.
