What type of engine, horsepower and cut size for this mower? What years was it made? Was this a reliable mower? Some one from out of town has one for sale. I have had Craftsman riding mowers in the past and they have been good ones. It would be about a 200 mile drive and I don't want to make the drive if this is not one of the good ones. Thanks for your information and advice.

Hello Judy, thank you for your questions. The age is determined with the serial number that is usually located under the seat on the same tag as the model number. The Engine is a Briggs and Stratton 33R877-0002-G1. It is 19 Horsepower. We hope this helps.
