Installed new door stopper with screw driver on bottom of french door

Removed ice dispenser and display with small screwdriver from front of the fridge. Pried out the whole piece slowly. This exposed the motor that activates the chute. Plugged in the new motor before any removal to verify the motor was the problem. When it worked, removed old and installed new. 3 screws. Piece of cake.

Make sure to take out the shelf about the rail, and the pieces for the crisper drawers. Only one screw and make sure to save it from the old rail, new rail didn't come with a new screw. Unscrew the rail and move it towards the back of fridge and pull. Pretty straightforward

Phillips head screw driver required.

Door stopper attaches to door and front side of refrigerator. Located at the underside of the door at the front of the hinge.

Remove screw, keep screw for installation of new stopper. Remove damaged stopper, install new stopper using the original screw.

I replaced the whole self-contained unit. I removed the old ice bin simply by lifting it out of the door and replacing it with a new one directly under the ice maker. It was a simple fix; no tools or service tech were required.

Uncoupled the old connector, replaced with new connector and attached supply line. Repair easy with right part, prior to ordering the right part I had tried a compression fitting and it still leaked. U-tube and others demonstrating repair assured me I was on the right path.

unfortunately my fridge stopped working. I purchased another but wanted to try and repair the old one. when ew one arrived, the old one was supposed to be put in garage but instead was hauled away. Had delivery return next day but they had as already removed and lost the handle screw for the bottom freezer and the screw that holds handle in place. ordered the handle screw and picked up the nut. very simple to install the screw and put handle back on.

I called LG and followed the instructions given over the phone. The instructions couldn't have been simpler. Disconnect the appliance for several hours and then connect again. I disconnected the appliance overnight, cleaned out the freezer, and reconnected it. Problem solved. Did not need to call a repairman and did not use the clips.

Remove push plate for water/ice maker switch, remove 2 screws and 2 wires for switch. Replace with new.
