Please help diagnos. Our Kenmore bottom mount refrigerator (2005) freezer is working fine but the fridge is not cooling. What are the possible reasons? The coils are clean and the fan in back is running fine too.

Video makes it look easy. Kenmore refrigerator does not have "groove" along the right hand side of switch that allows for pushing down on release. Used a thin screwdriver to get under to push while holding switch edge with pliers. Kept slipping. Tape sides to avoid scratching inside of refrigerator.
No one returned emails and no one will answer the phone. Would not buy again from PartSelect. Couldnt do the simple repair without the correct part. Check return policy and shipping. Shipping rate is HIGH. No guarantee they will accept return.
