I just asked this question but I noticed the answer was for a different model kenmore than we have. Ours is model no. 795.75004401 and was made in 2005. Basically the freezer is working fine, but the fridge part is not cooling. The coils appear to be relatively dust free and the fan and compressor seem to be working fine. What's the likely part that needs to be replaced and please, some help figuring out where the part is on the fridge?
Thanks,
For model number 79575004401
Hello Patrick, thank you for getting in touch. According to our research, the issue is most probably with the fresh food section temperature sensor, part number PS3529165. It senses the temperature inside the refrigerator and sends information to the electronic control. It is located under a cover on the wall toward the front of your appliance approximately in the middle portion. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

Video makes it look easy. Kenmore refrigerator does not have "groove" along the right hand side of switch that allows for pushing down on release. Used a thin screwdriver to get under to push while holding switch edge with pliers. Kept slipping. Tape sides to avoid scratching inside of refrigerator.
