The two belt guides broke off of the idler assy,so the belt would come off the pulley.
I removed the pulley and then removed the broken idler assembly as well as the belt. Greased the new idler assembly and attached with it's mounting bolt. Placed the new belt around the other two pulleys and then attached the smaller pulley that is on the idler assembly.
