Will not drain and has a drn code
For model number 11029133410
PartSelect logo
Hello Terry, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched your model and the DRN code means a drain error or your washer is not draining properly. We first recommend checking your drain hoses for obstructions or kinks. If there are no obstructions, then we recommend checking the drain pump, part# PS11738156. Good luck with your repair.

Washer makes a loud roaring noise on the spin mode, like a jet engine ready for take off. Would this be a transmission issue?
For model number 11029133410

Hello Shane, thank you for getting in touch. A constant roaring or grinding noise that doesn’t change with load is caused by worn out or damaged bearings. The bearing for your washer comes with the gear case assembly, part number PS12741641. Replace it to fix the issue. We hope this helps.
