Won't agitate

Hello Walter, Thank you for the question. If the washer won't agitate the Shift Actuator/slider might be worn or damaged and need to be replaced, PartSelect Number PS10060062. Hope this helps!

We first recommend checking your drain hoses for obstructions or kinks. If there are no obstructions, then we recommend checking the drain pump, part# PS11738156. Good luck with your repair.

Hello Shane, thank you for getting in touch. A constant roaring or grinding noise that doesn’t change with load is caused by worn out or damaged bearings. The bearing for your washer comes with the gear case assembly, part number PS12741641. Replace it to fix the issue. We hope this helps.

PLUGand read to read codes call up the error codes flashing the code indicated a defective lid latch.UNPUG WASHER went through testing the switch one of the contacts was defective and intermittent. UNPUG WASHER unpug J connect from circuit board remove wiring and connect from lid new wiring harness goes back same as old one and mount new lid switch. done
