My defroster isnt defrosting, the line freezes up and water drain onto the lower shelf, i have cleaned this line three times all the way to the bottom

Hello Thomas, thank you for your question. We would recommend testing the heater PartSelect Number: PS2340403, defrost thermostat Part #: PS2322734 and Part #: PS2323251 temperature sensor first. These parts work to keep the evaporator coils frost free.
