My water dispenser locks itself up all the time for up to 44 days at a time
For model number GFSF6KKXAWW
Hello Ernesto, thank you for your question. To lock, press and hold the Ice Off/Lock pad
for 3 seconds.Repeat this step to unlock the dispenser. If the unit is locking itself and you are unable to unlock it, the issue would be with the dispenser control board, PartSelect Number PS2354729 and would have to be replaced. I hope this helps.
Freezer is not staying cold. it is set to -2, yet items are thawing out. Any thoughts?
For model number GFSF6KKXAWW
Hi John, thank you for the question. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the temperature sensor, part number PS2323249, in the freezer section, as it is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced. We hope this solves your problem!
