Replaced both control assemblies. No lights illuminated and close the door and still nothing.
What is wrong?
For model number FFCD2418UW3A
Hello Sal, thank you for reaching out. Make sure you have replaced the compatible control boards and installed them correctly. The initial thing to attempt is to turn the appliance off at the wall breaker/switch and leave the appliance off for a minute and then turn the appliance back on. If the dishwasher is connected to a plug socket, check this by using another electrical device, such as a lamp. If another device does not work, this would suggest that there is an issue with the electrical connection. A main fuse may have tripped, so this is worth checking. Make sure the dishwasher is getting power first. If so, remove the kick panel below the door and look for the 3" x 3" sheet metal box. Remove the junction box cover and you can see the junction box wire connections to the dishwasher. These wires will often short out, melt, or get loose. We hope this information helps!

My dishwasher suddenly stopped running the circulation pump for 2 out of the 3 cycle options. The high heat cycle seems to run normally. Could this board be the cause?

My dishwasher quit part way through a wash and now nothing works on the control panel to select or start a wash. I checked the breaker and it is on so there should be power to the dishwasher. Do I need to replace the control panel? I saw on another forum that some dishwashers have a fuse that might have blown but it doesn't look like this model has a fuse.
