Originally my washer would not fill with water, after replacing the water inlet valve it now fills, but when the pump is supposed to start and send water to the sprayer arms, i just hear a low rumbling noise coming from under the washer and nothing else happens. I am between buying a new controller board or a motor? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hello Jarrod, all the spray arms there is mostly likely an issue with the pump motor part PS12712308. Also check that the filter is not clogged or the spray arms are blocked. The center spray arm is PS11770527. The lower spray arm PS12585623. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!

Runs through cycle but does not clean dishes. Tablet just lays on bottom
For model number FFCD2413US2A

Hello Lori, Thank you for writing. It likely is that the water is not hot enough. The normal water temperature for dishwasher tablets to dissolve is 120-160ºF. This is the way you can tell if the water isn't getting hot enough to dissolve the tablet.

spray arm keeps melting
I have had to keep replacing the spray arm on the bottom of my dishwasher which takes like 2 seconds to do.. First you open the dishwasher and than pull the bottom basked forward and reach down and pull the spray arm up and pop the bottom of the spray arm off and put it on the new spray arm and slip it back into the dishwasher over the thing that makes it spin around.. but the tricky part is and I didn't know this and this is why my dishwasher spray arm kept falling over and melting on the heating element.. you have to turn it till it clicks in.. and your done..
