Hello Terry, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched the model you have provided and we would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: the heating element, the lower spray arm, the center spray arm, the motor and pump assembly, and the dishwasher filter. You can check the spray arms for any damages or clogs, make sure your filter is clean, and test the element the motor and pump assembly with a multimeter to see if they have continuity. Good luck with your repair.
Originally my washer would not fill with water, after replacing the water inlet valve it now fills, but when the pump is supposed to start and send water to the sprayer arms, i just hear a low rumbling noise coming from under the washer and nothing else happens. I am between buying a new controller board or a motor? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hello Jarrod, all the spray arms there is mostly likely an issue with the pump motor part PS12712308. Also check that the filter is not clogged or the spray arms are blocked. The center spray arm is PS11770527. The lower spray arm PS12585623. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!
Runs through cycle but does not clean dishes. Tablet just lays on bottom
For model number FFCD2413US2A
Hello Lori, Thank you for writing. It likely is that the water is not hot enough. The normal water temperature for dishwasher tablets to dissolve is 120-160ºF. This is the way you can tell if the water isn't getting hot enough to dissolve the tablet.

Our 4 years old Frigidaire runs through cycles but do not clean the dishes and the liquid gel detergent ends up in the bottom. I tried running it empty, no dishes and it does the same.

Hello Edgar, thank you for your question. The most common cause is because water is not getting to the dispenser. Put nothing in the front left quadrant of the lower rack except small plates. No bowls, big plates, or large dishes of any kind. Or, this can happen when there is moisture in the dispenser which can make the tablet a little sticky. When the door pops open, the tablet struggles to drop to the floor of the dishwasher. Just place your tablet directly onto the machine floor before shutting the door and starting the cycle. We hope this helps.

I have had to keep replacing the spray arm on the bottom of my dishwasher which takes like 2 seconds to do.. First you open the dishwasher and than pull the bottom basked forward and reach down and pull the spray arm up and pop the bottom of the spray arm off and put it on the new spray arm and slip it back into the dishwasher over the thing that makes it spin around.. but the tricky part is and I didn't know this and this is why my dishwasher spray arm kept falling over and melting on the heating element.. you have to turn it till it clicks in.. and your done..
I removed old tub gasket, which the door presses against to make a seal, and put the new one in. Flat tip screwdriver was used to gently press gasket in.
