Displayed “Door Loc” which was not correct error message
Replaced door latch after removing rubber seal from tub to access door latch. Simple replacement but did not correct issue. Notified service technician to determine error codes and had to replaced display panel and control module.

I can’t get past the diagnostic codes because all I get is door lock and then it blinks away so on any button that I press that’s what it does door lock. I checked the door lock. It seems to be fine. Do you think it’s the main circuit port?

Hello Paul, thank you for getting in touch. Inspect the wiring harness between the door lock and the control board. Unplug the washer, remove the top panel, and trace the harness from the door lock assembly to the board. Look for loose pins, corrosion, or pinched wires and firmly reseat both ends of the connector. Also, check the plastic door strike on the inner door. If it's cracked, loose, or slightly misaligned, the lock mechanism can't fully engage mechanically even when everything looks fine visually. If the harness is secure, the strike looks good, and the hard reset doesn't clear it, you will need to replace the control board, part number W11680389, to fix the issue. We hope this helps.
