Looking for part that controls "defrost time" for this model. Unit freezes inside fresh food area, with ice build up on back wall and under large meat tray on inside bottom of fridge. I can see this is an on going problem with these units according to posts seen on websites. Searched parts selections and can not locate a "defrost timer" for this specific unit. Side by side units do show the defrost timer, but my unit is a "profile" style with the freezer section on the bottom half of the refrigerator. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Joseph, Thank you for the question. The defrost in this model number is controlled by the main board, PartSelect Number: PS3493785. Hope this helps!

Our fridge isn't cooling. Was told it could be the relay starter. The fan and everything works. Just want to make sure that's what it is before i buy a part.

Hello Jerica, thank you for your question. The first issue you will want to check is to see if the freezer is working. If the freezer is working and is cooling as per usual the relay is not the issue. If the freezer is cooling, remove the back panel of the fridge to see if there is ice buildup on the coils, if not, check the following parts: The ASM DAMPER MOTOR Part Number: PS2323413 (this part opens and closes to let more or less cold air into the fridge, and if stuck shut won't let cold air through to the fridge), the ASM TEMP SENSOR Part Number: PS2323251 in both the fridge and freezer (these parts measure the temp in the fridge and freezer to send a signal back to the control board). And the control board, part number WR55X10809 which is in the fridge section at the top where you change the temperatures in the fridge. If these parts are working, the issue might be the Refrigerator compressor start relay Parts #: WR07X10112. Usually if the start relay is gone, the compressor will not kick on. I hope this helps!
