Corner of shelf cracked
Watched repair video from this site cleaned off shelf, removed the two bins, lifted it out broken shelf, placed new shelf back in, returned the two bins. One step that would have helped a little would have been to remove the bottom door pockets. This would allow the bins to come out easier.

The entire plastic support structure for the fresh produce humidity control broke off. It looks like the entire thing needs to be replaced because of how it broke.

The glass shelf above the 2 fresh produce drawers is intack however the plastic humidity control board attached to the glass (which controls the humidity levels in both produce drawers) has cracked off. Is this part the correct part necessary to order as a replacement?

I need the bottom shelf that holds the crisper drawers. The glass is in tack i only need the shelf. Which do i order?

This seems to be an ongoing problem with this [6 year old] refrigerator part as it will be my second time replacing it-its made of cheap plastic and will crack if any weighted item is used too often. So my question would be if any other material is used besides the plastic frame on the glass shelf that holds the 2 vegetable drawers up

Hello Kathleen, Thank you for the question. Very sorry but we only carry the original OEM parts that came with the appliance. I suggest contacting GE to see if they have other options for the shelf you need other then the plastic you have now. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

Hello. I have a GE fridge. The model is 6fsf6kexcbb. I am looking for the glass part of WR32X10662, I need only the glass part because I accidentally shattered it. How do I order just the glass? I do not need the plastic it sits on. The plastic is in tact and in my fridge. It measures approximately 29.75 inches by 13.5 inches. I do not know the thickness of the part. I imagine it is approximately .3 inches.
Can you please recommend?
