I have a Whirlpool cabrio platinum washer, model: Wtw8500bw0
During the spin cycle there's a loud abrasive noise, perhaps a faulty bearing?
For model number Whirlpool Cabrio, Model: wtw8500bw0
Hello Joseph, thank you for your question. We would recommend checking the Basket Hub Kit Part #: PS11723155 first. This is the most common cause of a noisy spin cycle. If that part is in good condition the issue may be the bearing which is a part of the outer tub part number W10381078. I hope this helps!

Why will it not give me a bearing kit number?
For model number MVWB750YW0
Hi Wayne,

You may also be able to locate the part you need by trying the following:
Using a search engine to type your part number and see if other retailers still have this part in stock.
Visiting online stores such as eBay and finding sellers that have this part.
Trying retailers and repair stores in your local area to see if they have the part in their inventory.
Talking to a local repair technician, who may have the part you need, or may be able to repair your existing part. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Sounds like a jet when spinning. Sounds like bearings. Can you please confirm part numbers for ALL parts required? Would like to order as soon as possible. Thanks and cheers,

I am getting constant UL code, even when empty load. could this be the bearing? The suspension rods look okay.
For model number MVWB725BG0
Hello Liam, thank you for contacting us. UL error indicates that the load is out of balance. We would recommend doing some tasks: even out the laundry, lightening the load, and tightening the drain pump. If the issue still occurs, you may need to check the leveling leg, part number PS11750878, and suspension spring kit, part number PS2355518. We hope this solves your issue!
