I followed the video and paused it after every step. What gave me the most trouble was the tub nut which would not turn so I used a chisel and it just disintegrated along with the split ring, so that worked. Now its like a new machine. It was a fun job and I'm glad I did it instead of replacing the whole washing machine.

Followed video on You tube that showed step by step how to compete repair.
The machine used in video was brand new and there was no corrosion on any parts so disassembly was much easier in video than on 9 year old machine.

First, Unpluged the washer so there was no power to the unit. Removed 4 screws from the control panel. Disconnected the wiring from the control panel. Removed the mounting screws and removed the panel. Installed the new panel and screws. Connected the wiring and installed the panel back on the washer. pluged the unit back in and turned it ... I watched the video from the web site and the one that came with my invoice. This made it very easy to fix.I got the tools that I needed and went to town on the repair.

Problem was intermittent. It would happen once a month or so. Eventually I set next to the machine and kept turning it On and OFF through cycles for about a half an hour until it failed and I was able to confirm that problem was with the water valve.

Buying and replacing the water valve was easy.

1.Pulled the agitator out. Unscrewed the top nut, which was a little tricky to break loose since it had been in place for over 10 years. Pulled out the entire washing cylinder to unscrew and replace the hub. Not bad but you need to take out the inner tub and that requires doing a little extra unscrewing and prying.

My son repaired the washer . It was really easy to fix. He had it working in about 15 minutes. Thanks to PartSelect's fast delivery service I was only without my washer 2 days.

I pulled on the bottom edges of the agitator, like the video said, until my fingers were numb. Finally, after I got aggravated, I beat the old agitator into a hundred pieces with a hammer and chisel. Then I slid the new agitator into place and gently tapped on the top of it. It snapped into place and has worked like a new one every since.

Within 3 business days and less than 20 dollars spent, I repaired my washing machine. The total time spent to repair after I received the hose took about 10 minutes. We pulled off the bottom cover to access the pump. The washer was on its back and that made it easier to reach. There was two hose clamps to pull off along with the two electrical parts. Very easy to replace.

I watched the video provided by your site and followed it. I removed the clothes softener part from the agitator, Got a good grip on the agitator and pulled up. It came right off. Aligned the new agitator groves and slid it into place, put the fabric softener part back on! Super easy.

First I removed the screws that held the drain hose clip to the washer. Then I pulled the hose, along with the clip, completely out of the washer. With screwdriver, I removed screws holding old hose in place. Attached new hose and screwed into place.

Opened lid and place on agitator ... finished
