This is a pack of three suspension pads for your washer. The suspension pads in your washer are found underneath the tub and prevent the rotating metal parts from grinding on one another. If your suspension pads are worn out, you will likely hear metal-on-metal grinding, which is an indication they need to be replaced. It is recommended to replace all three suspension pads at the same time.

washer shakes violently on spin cycle
Remove the washing machine cabinet. Use a large flat head screwdriver to pry/wedge the tub suspension apart and gain access to the pad locations one at a time. My old pads were completely gone, so there was no need to remove them. Clip the new pads into place and re-install the cabinet.
This completely solved the violent chaking problem. There was no need to replace springs.
Unbalanced and walk across the floor on spin cycle
Part Select provided the problem determination information and the video on how to install the replacement parts. I ran into one problem, I could not remove the lock nut to remove the inter and outer tub. I should have bought the special wrench for $14, no local DYI or hardware store had the wrench. So, after examination I used a large screwdriver and wood block to lift the tubs up just enough to remove the old pads and replace with the new. The old pads showed only a wear, but was enough to spin the tubs off balance. The new tabs made the washing machine work like new. New washer $500, repair man $150, parts and information from Part Select $20 bucks, priceless.
Excessive tub wobble, tubs leaning forward of normal
Washer is 29 years old. Found that tub spring hooks into a simple (non-reinforced) hole in the base frame, and it had worn the hole through through the edge of the frame (key hole style). Due to age and low cost of parts, ordered all suspension springs, brackets, & pads. Once they arrived, took the tubs out (first time for that), found that the suspension pads looked fine, but the wear pads showed a lot of wear and the front one was snapped in the middle, perhaps an after effect of the spring failure. From my lack of attention, initially tried to get front pad into the wrong set of holes, a bad fit; corrected. Simply drilled a near-by hole in the base frame for the tub spring.
While the tubs were out, took them outside and scrubbed them clean. Also cleaned agitator parts using bottle brushes. Followed the PartSelect videos and owner comments for procedures, methods. Found that some miss some important info, but if you watch others you can combine the info to find what you need re disassembly/assembly.
At one point while attempting to remove the outer tub, did not realize that the screw that holds the rear spring bracket to the tub also holds the tub to the suspension plate.
Took me most of a day for the whole process, and I ended up with pulled/spasmic muscles from all the bending over, mostly from cleaning parts I think. Very helpful to have the parts breakout drawings, videos, others' experience.
Well, after resolving Part Select (PS) shipping issues (PS sent me two refrigerator glass shelves instead of a Tub Spring); And as it turns out they sent me the wrong part for the suspension pads, which I have returned for credit. It takes 3-4 weeks to obtain your credit BTW.
Well after removing the cabinet, agitator, wash basket, plastic tub, all 5 springs, & pump suction line, I was able to access the Tub wear pads and suspension pads. As it turns out the suspension pads looked good. Thank God, as PS had sent wrong parts. I replaced the wear pads, the 5 springs, and reversed the disassembly process. Took about 6 hours. But washer works fine now, still vibrates, but does not walk across floor any more.

Washing machine shakes and wobbles during spin cycle. Replaced suspension springs, tub spring, and tub wear pads with no success. Washing machine still shakes and wobbles during spin cycle. Any other ideas as to what else could cause this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello Ronald, Thank you for your inquiry. You can also check the leveling springs, the suspension pads and the leveling feet on the bottom of the washer. If the washer is not level, it can cause the issue. Hope this helps!

Replaced tub wear and suspension pads about 7 mos. Ago. Now the spin cycle is like it was before, extreme wild spin causes washer to walk and house to shake

Hello Maureen, Thank you for the question. Sounds like the tub is off balance and wearing the pads down. I suggest checking the Suspension Springs, Part #: PS11743345 and the Tub Springs, Part #: PS11751118 and replace the pads as well. Hope this helps!
The washer shakes so bad and it’s worse in the final cycle
For model number 1102752260
Hello Francisco, thank you for contacting us. A washing machine that shakes excessively, especially during the final cycle, is commonly caused by a damaged suspension spring, part number PS11743345. It supports the outer tub and keeps the tub stable during unbalanced loads. If this does not help, please check the following parts: the suspension pads, part number PS334456, the balance ring, part number PS11741965, and the tub spring, part number PS11751118.
Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of help!
