Where does this part go? And would it be the reason my oven will not heat? It has been taking longer and longer for the oven to come to temp and now it will not heat at all so I am guessing this is the reason

Hello Jodie, Thank you for the question. The Thermostat is at the back interior of the Oven. We suggest testing the Temperature Sensor for this issue. Testing the temperature sensor probe on your oven is easy. With the sensor at room temperature, measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. The resistance of the sensor should read approximately 1080 – 1090 ohms at room temperature. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week.
