Getting an E91 error code. Tried everything listed in the manual about diagnostics but nothing on the control panel works. Tried unplugging and removed the front panel to check connections but can't find anything noticeably wrong.

Hi Timothy, thank you for getting in touch. The E91 error code indicates a communication error between the user interface board and the control board. If there is no issue with the connections, then you may need to check the user interface board, part number PS12365882, as it is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced. We hope this helps!

I am getting an E11 at takeoff, changed the water pump, (part #5304528029 valve assembly, vortex, w/flow M) and have checked and cleaned the drainage filter and pump, all clean, do you think the issue is with the circuit board? If so, which of the following is it since the number on this board does not correspond to your part numbers?

Hello Paul, Thank you for the question. The E11 error indicates the washer is taking too long to fill with water. If the New Valve did not fix the issue and the water pressure from the House Supply is good and the taps are fully open, we suggest checking the Pressure Hose is clear and there is no build up preventing the water from properly getting through. If the Hose is clear, you may have a defective Water Pressure Switch. We hope this helps!
