Hello,
I purchase my unit approximately 3 years ago, unit work great....until the following...
1- left and right front burners do not light at times...(i am using lpg, there is gas flow present and the igniter is sparking...not sure if the spark is too weak.
2- the oven igniter would glow but the oven burner would not light...not sure if the igniter is too weak...notice...the oven burner would light up and work properly only when i turn on any of the top burners...update...the oven will only start and maintain temperature only when the top burner is on

Hello and thank you for writing.
If you have more then one burner displaying the same symptom this is usually caused by a faulty wiring harness PS9494666 as well as the oven harness PS11727875 which is displaying related problems as you describe. You should check the part(s) for signs of damage, and replace as necessary. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
Whirlpool stove the bottom front right Burner fires up but with a very low flame, the other 4 Burners work fine. The burner in question lights up , but with a low flame. Do you think replacing the Front XL Burner Base will solve this issue or even better if you have any suggestions to troubleshoot the Burner to save money, the gas is getting in to all 5 burners and the oven works great
