Washer will not spin or drain
For model number WFC7500VW2
Hello Ken, thank you for your question. We would recommend testing the door latch, Part Number: WPW10192995 first. This is the most common cause of the unit not spinning or draining. If that isn't the issue the drain pump, or main board could be the issue. I hope this helps!

Washer will not spin and drain error code a?10 comes up . Is the part # ps11749963 the possible problem?
For model number WFC7500VW2
Hello Ken, thank you for inquiring. The A10 error code is indicating an issue with the drain. If the drain is not clogged, then you have a faulty Drain Pump, part number PS11755180 for your washer. Good luck with your repair!

Washer sometimes won't start (heard click after start button pressed but door locked and draining/unlocking lights won't blink) until given a bang on door around the door lock/switch area. Is that a defective switch or loose connection?
For model number Whirlpool WFC7500VW2
Hi Peter,
Thank you for your question. If your washer will not start, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the door switch and the door lock assembly. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!
