Hi Dennis, Thank you for your question. If the clothes are still wet when they come out of the washer, there are some things that you will need to check to resolve the issue. You will need to make sure the washer is programmed to the correct wash cycle as different cycles have different speeds. Check to make sure that the drain hose is not bent or has anything blocking the flow of water. Make sure that the drain hose in back of washer is positioned correctly in the standpipe and that it is able to drain properly. Check the drain pump for debris or any other objects that will block the flow of water. Make sure the washer is level and that the load of clothes you are washing is balanced. You will also need to check belt, the motor and the lid switch to make sure the parts are working correctly. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Hi Brad, Thank you for your question. If the washer is not spinning correctly and the clothes are still wet after a cycle is done, the control board may be the issue. Before you purchase a new control board, make sure the washer is programmed to the correct wash cycle, different cycles have different speeds. You will need to make sure drain hose is not clogged or bent and you will need to make sure the hose on the back of the washer is positioned correctly, so the water can drain out as it should. You should also check the the drain pump filter or coin trap for debris that may be blocking the flow of water. Check inside the drain pump and the hoses attached to it for debris or small pieces of clothing. Also, make sure the load you are washing is balanced. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Should I replace both or just one of the electronic control boards (3,4)? Can these boards be replaced without moving the washer? Seems load gets out of balance and shuts down.

Replaced board #3 due to the knob breaking inside of it, now all settings have pre-wash, wash, rinse LEDs turned on. Start button locks the door but nothing else, cancel button does nothing, and my board #4 that was functioning before the replacement does not receive any power. Any ideas?

Hello Jeff, thank you for contacting us. Based on the description, you may need to check the user interface board, part number PS11749957, which processes the cycle settings you choose. We would recommend you check that the electronic control board is installed properly. You may also need to check whether the wire harness is connected properly or not. We hope this solves your problem!

The quick spin cycle doesn't work. The clothes come out soggy. I saw that the time was a 7 minutes and fell the cycle end. At one point, I saw L shaped figures instead of numerals on the time remaining.

Hi Robert, Thank you for your question. If the clothes in your washer are still wet when the cycle has completed, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the door lock assembly and the 2 electronic control boards. Before inspecting these parts, please unplug the washer from the electrical outlet. For the electronic control boards check to see if the connections between them are fine and see if there are any damaged wires. Also, check the boards for any signs of damage, wear, scorching or burn marks. If the boards, show any of these signs, they will need to be replaced. If the electronic control boards are fine, check the door lock. The door lock contains a switch that will send a message to the electronic control board, when the door is locked and therefore allow a spin cycle to operate. When the door lock fails, it may not lock the door, or the door lock switch might not engage and therefore not recognize that the door is locked and not allow the washer to agitate or spin. Clean the area around the door lock to remove any films that may have built up that would keep the lock from working correctly. If this does not resolve the issue, remove the door lock to inspect it for any signs of wear, damage, or cracking. If you find any of the above, you will need a replacement door lock. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!
