Misdiagnosed & No refunds allowed
Purchased 2 parts from Partselect.ca based upon their recommendation for repair. Neither of them fixed my problem. No refunds. No potential warranty. No support. Recommend purchasing elsewhere that doesn't have such obscene prices.

Is it hard to replace this part. Do you know where i can find instillation instructions? Thanks
For model number KHMS2050SSS2
Hi Pat,
Thank you for your question. It is not very difficult to install this part. You either open your too to remove the screws holding it in place, or your remove your vent grille to reveal the screws for removing your panel. Once you have that off, make sure to take a picture of the old part and how it is wired in. That way you can use that as a reference. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Stove top lights under microwave do not work. Bulbs are good and when light button is pressed display screen indicates lights are on. Does this sound like a control board issue? Thanks
For model number KHMS2056SSS3
Hi Jack,
Thank you for your question. That could be a control board issue. I would suggest testing the wiring and your light bulb socket first. Just to make sure those parts are still working. If they are, then you may have to look into one of your boards is the issue. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
