The rubber feet on the grates.
The rubber feet on the stove top grates were missing, so the grate rocked when you put a pan on them. The replacement feet did not easily insert on the grate. We ended up super gluing the feet to the grates to hold them on. We will see if it holds up.

I received the knob with this part number but it doesn’t quite fit on the stem that it connects to. Is there something i’m missing with regards to the part #?
For model number 74010205
Hello Barbara, Thank you for your inquiry. Inside of the knob there is an insert which allows it to fit securely. Check the shaft to make sure the old insert is still not on it. Hope this helps!

My serial number is19585779ln and looking to replace my burner knobs. Is this the right part given that it shows series 10?
For model number JDR8895AAB
Hello Becky, thank you for your question. Yes, the Burner Knob part number WP74010205 is the correct replacement knobs for your unit. The series 10 doesn't matter since there is only one option for your unit. If there were 2 series numbers with 2 different part numbers, then we would have to take your serial number into account. I hope this information helps!

I need to replace two burner knobs which i purchased from a parts company (I don't know which one). They subsequently broke because the shaft is too short, although they look identical to the others from the top. I need knobs with a shaft of 3/4", no shorter. The number on the back of the correct knob is KIP5075 with a 2 or a 4 below this number. The two that have a 1 below the number did not last, and at a cost of over $35, I need them to last more than a few months. I bake and cook A LOT, and need all my burners. I would really appreciate it if you could check this out for me.
