My burner lower right burner (closest to oven door on the right) lights but the Flame is very low and will not adjust to a higher level. I replaced the burner head hoping that was the problem, but it did not correct the trouble. Please help me identify the cause of this and suggest parts i may need to purchase to repair.Thanks very much!

Hello Aynne, thank you for your question. That sounds like an issue with the burner valve that controls the flow of gas to the unit We would recommend replacing the burner valve. I hope this helps.

Large burner will only burn at 1/3 flame also a small area only lights at a small fraction of the rest of the burner.

How do I remove the side panel to get to the extension spring for the top door?

Hello Dennis, thank you for reaching out. Following are the instructions to remove the side panel:
1. Turn off the electrical power and gas supply to the range.
2. Slide range forward from the installation position.
3. Remove surface burner control knobs by grasping the knob and raising the knob straight upward.
4. Remove screws securing the infinite switch bracket to the maintop.
5. Remove screws securing burner assemblies to the maintop.
6. Remove screws securing the maintop to the chassis. Screws are located in the front left and right corners with the upper oven door open.
7. Remove screws securing the round strap to the chassis.
8. Remove screws securing the right side panel at the top and back of the panel.
9. Pull the side panel outward away from the rear of the range, then lift upward on the side panel to release from slotted clips located in front and set aside.

Surface burners: Can only light one burner with ignitor. From the ignitor of that burner I can then light other burners. Cannot get a spark form other burner controls?

Hi Richard, it sounds like it may be a problem with igniter switch. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!
Removed the oven door by opening slightly, then pic door up to remove. Remove 2 screws holding oven sensor in place, gently pull on sensor to remove, had to remove about 8 inches to get at plastic connector. Unplug connector, had to use an adapter cable supplied with the PartSelect kit to install new sensor, push cable back into opening, reinstall 2 screws. The oven works fine! Note that due to thermal lag the temperature overshoots to 370 degrees and undershoots to 340 degrees, this appears to be normal oven operation. Putting door back in place was easy.
This particular model has a bracket that holds the element close to the oven ceiling, so I had to unscrew that as well as the element mounting screws on the back oven wall. The hardest part (not that hard) was the connectors were really tightly clamped to the element terminal. I had to use pliers to help wiggle them off the tips. Recommend doing this very gently yet firmly - I was worried about ruining the connectors or the wires to the oven. The element was deader than dead and actually fell apart in three places once it was detached. The new replacement element arrived a couple days later. Putting it in was a breeze, although the oven is quite dark and I needed Mrs. Handyman to hold a flashlight so I could get the screws in. Oven works fine now.
