I have a new drip tray that i need to fix. How do i get to it - from the refrigerator or freezer? Old one removed while we were away and don’t know where it goes. Many thanks fred

Hi Fred,
Thank you for your question. Your drip tray actually just goes at the bottom of your dispenser housing area. You should just be able to place it down there. Good luck with your repair.

Is there a metal drip dray at the base of the refrigerator?. ours apparently disintegrated while we were away and the repairman said he could not get a replacement. what do i order? thanks

Hello Fred, Thank you for writing. This part is the drip tray at the back of the refrigerator near the condenser coils that catches the water from the evaporator. Hope this helps!
