The dishwasher door latch was broken and would not hold the door closed.
  • Ruth from Canyon Lake, CA

I unplugged the dishwasher under the sink. I opened the dishwasher up and took out the 12 screws holding the inside door facing on. I gently moved the door facing down towards the dishwasher to reveal the door locking mechanism at the top of the door. I unplugged the mechanism and plugged in the new one. I put the door back together the s ame way I had taken it apart. In all it took about 12 minutes. Works like a charm.

Upper wheel on rack was broken
  • John from Lewes, DE
  • Really Easy
  • Less than 15 mins
Very simple to replace. Pulled off the stop on the track, pulled off the broken wheel, and slid on the new one. It helps to look at the orientation of the other wheel cause it is not "intuitive" how to thread it on.

Old seal hardened and detached
  • Paul from Brevard, NC
  • Really Easy
  • Less than 15 mins
Saw the replacement part on your website, ordered it, we cleaned the location where it fits, pressed it on for a neat clean fit. It took no more than five minutes. It saved us calling a service engineer that would have probably cost us over $100 with the part. We fixed it for $25. Thanks PartSelect for prompt and efficient service.
