Had damage to the door seal from items sticking up in the silverware basked rollin past it.
No tools required. The seal just pushes into a channel around the tub. The lower ends are held by a wire that spans the lower edge of the door. I started with the lower end since I didn't know just how the seal was installed and found the wire that sticks into the hollow center of the end of the seal. The seal just pulls out so removed it and the wire. Cleaned the seal channel and wire and installed the new seal starting at the bottom and working upwards. after the lower ends are anchored,I found the center of the seal and upper channel and pushed it in place and worked around the corners and down. I did that because I have seen seals stretch as you push them in place and end up in the middle with excess material you have to work back into the seal channel.

difficulty rolling the lower rack in and out of dishwasher
Replaced all 8 of the wheels and axles (the old axles wouldn't hold the wheels in place any longer). Replaced the tub gasket because of cuts from knives. Both fixes were relatively easy to do, although directions for the tub gasket would have been nice!

We are replacing some parts on our dish washer and noticed the rubber strip on the bottom of the doors is in bad shape. We can't not find this in the parts diagram and i don't know what to call it. I don't know if it can cause a leak but it sure looks like it would leak.

Hello Bob, thank you for contacting us. The tub gasket just goes out the sides and top of the door. The bottom seal is part of the door panel itself. It would not be replaceable unless the whole door panel was replaced. Hope this helps!
There is a grey gasket in the bottom/floor of the tub that pretty much follows the path of the element just inside the element. It is shown on the diagram on your website but i don't see a part number associated with it. Can you identify what i need to replace this? Thank you

I need to replace the seal that seals the front door and the washer interior. The gasket starts at the bottom left or right, runs up the side and across the top, all the way to the opposite side lower corner. It seals the door and the cabinet. I also need the seal that is attached to the bottom of the front door.

There is foam insulating material falling onto the kitchen floor under the door of the dishwasher. How do i fix this?
For model number ge profile dishwaasher pdw 9200jo3ww
Hi Louis,
Thank you for your inquiry. There is insulation inside the door and in the toe panel assembly. The foam comes with these parts and are not sold separately. You will need to identify where the foam is coming from to either fix the issue on your own or replace the parts. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

The door leaks from the bottom. There is a 1/4" space in the center of the gasket across the bottom of the door. Can this be replaced without replacing the entire door panel?
For model number P8200N00WW
Hello Gerald, thank you for your inquiry. The bottom gasket for the dishwasher does not come separately, it comes with the inner door panel. The inner door panel compatible with your model is part number PS895006. Glad to be of assistance!
The door on my GE dishwasher just falls heavily to the floor when i open it and it is very heavy to lift it up to close it. The latch on the top of the door is the only thing that keeps it closed and it feels very dangerous. How can i fix this?
For model number GDWT260R10SS
Hi Lynn, thank you for the question. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the door hinge cable, part number PS2345660. The door hinge cable connects the door spring to the door hinge and allows the door to open in a controlled fashion. We hope this sorts out your problem!
