The lid of my washer won't lock. Lid shows up on screen, i looked up on the site and said that the problem is common. I ordered the lid lock bezel piece and replaced it. But that didn't work. Can you suggest something else

My washer wont wash, its telling me door isnt locked, wont fill with water... please let me know what i need to fix this... ? thanks
