Part was exactly the right one.
This part was the exact part that was needed to repair my dryer. I arrived before the expected delivery date. My dryer is working like new.

How do you know that the limiter #8 in the diagram is defective? I don not have any continuity when measuring both leads or legs, does this means it is defective that is why my dryer will not generate heat?
For model number 417.91122310
Hello Honorio,
Thanks for your question. Yes, if the part is not showing continuity, then it is defective and should be replaced. It is a potential reason for why you are not getting any heat. You may also wish to test the gas valve coils, part number PS470049, to see if they test properly for continuity.
I hope this helps.
where is the thermal fuse located after removing the rear panel
For model number 41791122310
Hello Michael, Thank you for your inquiry. We show that there are two thermal fuses for this model, this is the one next to the high limit thermostat on the burner tube assembly, the other is located on the blower tube at the back of the dryer. Good luck with your repair.
