The dryer heating cut out after 5 - 8 minutes and won't work again for approx 40 minutes. Will the Cycling thermostat fit the problem.
Thanks

Hello Chris, thank you for contacting us. Besides the cycling thermostat, we would recommend checking the following parts: the high-limit thermostat, part number PS446428, the thermal limiter, part number PS419402, and the dryer thermostat, part number PS418429. You can test these parts with a multimeter to pinpoint the faulty one. We look forward to hearing from you if you need assistance with placing an order through our 7-days-a-week customer service. We hope this helps!

What are the symptoms if this part is failing. My dryer is running too cool and not drying the cloths
For model number FEZ831AS2
Hello and thank you for writing.
The cycling thermostat is responsible for cycling the dryer's heat source on and off to keep a target temperature, set at the timer or with a temperature selection switch. Faulty cycling thermostat symptoms could take the form of very high dryer temperatures, blown out thermal fuses, or no heat. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
