The service was excellent. Touch Up paint arrived in 2 days. I guess if I had known that this was the size of the bottle, I might have ordered 2 (1 for back up). This item was suggested by your employee rather than spending $440 on a replacement, lower rack, for my dishwasher to just use the touch up paint on the support posts. Works great. I ordered this for our brand-new Whirlpool fridge that I dinged within the first 30 minutes of it having been delivered (!!!). (The glass from the shelf that I was installing in the fridge slipped and hit the freezer door at the bottom.) Anyway, to stop obsessing, I ordered this and it is almost a perfect match to the white of the fridge (perhaps just ever so slightly brighter than fridge colour). It was a small ding, so fairly easy to fix. I did a couple of coats, and may do a third. I have also used it to cover a larger chip on our older Kenmore stove, and the colour matches even better on this appliance. This chip is almost invisible now. I will see how the repair holds up when the stove gets hot. The bottle does look like white-out and the consistency is similar, but it definitely smells of paint! The order arrived fast and I am overall very happy with this. Touchup paint is hard to find in stores, and this was exactly what I was looking for. Will be good to have on hand for future oopsies!
