Does this kit include all 5 lp orifices and specific instruction on which one goes in each location?

Hello Bruce, Thank you for your inquiry. This kit should contain all the information to convert to liquid propane. As per the user manual (I have included the link below) the instructions can also be found on the back of the range or next to the pressure regulator. Hope this helps!
