1)pump leak damage,2) water over fill and leak water out the top
First I disconnect the power and then I pull the front cover and replace the water pump, drain hose, and the inlet hose this was fixed and straight easy job.My second problem was the overfill problem witch I took the knobs cover and I replace the water level switch.This job was also easy but did not fix my problem.

What is the inside diameter of the "drain hose - pump to cabinet" opening? The end that goes to the cabinet. Thanks.

Thank you for your question. The total length of the hose is approximately 18 inches, the diameter of the inlet is approximately 1 1/4 inch and the diameter of the outlet is approximately 1 1/8 inch I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Would a hole in the plastic on this part cause the washer to pour water out underneath the washer as soon as it starts to fill on wash cycle?

Final rinse sometimes not all the water drains
