What is the difference between part # 105 and part # 960?

The unit is showing error code f7. Is this the control panel part that i need to replace? Thanks in advance

The buttons to control my oven no longer respond. The clock face is working, but not the buttons. What part do I need and any instructions to replace would be appreciated.
