Hi Alexander,
Thank you for your question. Here is a link to one of our videos from YouTube that you may reference on how to remove/install the trim from the dispenser, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Faq27bnmoY8. The refrigerator in the video may not show exactly like the one you have and the part being installed is a micro switch, but it will show you how to remove the trim piece. I hope this helps. My refrigerator has a stainless steel trim and it seem different than the video you have on removing the trim around the Dispenser control. I tried looking for the locking tap but couldn't find any. Is there a special way of removing this stainless steel trim?

Hi Robert,
Thank you for your question. There are clips on the back of the trim piece holding it in place. To remove the trim piece, use a putty knife with a taped end on one side to pry it loose. Once you have completed this, you should be able to remove the trim piece. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.

I'm getting a small leak down the door of the freezer side of my refrigerator (model CSHS5UGXC-SS) whenever there is water in the water tray. The water seems to come from under this assembly. Would replacing this solve that issue or could it be some other part?

Hello Craig, thank you for your inquiry. Replacing the trim to stop leakage might not help. The first thing you need to check is the drain hole and make sure it is not blocked by ice or any foreign body, also look for any ice build-up in the freezer. Frost build-up can cause door leaks and it needs to be defrosted. If you notice too much built-up ice the defrost heater, part number PS303781, is likely to be the culprit. Next to check is the door gasket (part number: PS8758486), to stop leaks and entry of outside air, if damaged condensation from warm air can cause leaking issues. The next thing to check is the dispenser door assembly flapper, part number PS964304. A damaged water tubing, part number PS292878, can also cause a leaking problem.
