Great company
Parts were delivered ahead of schedule, and in good shape . I tried ordering the same parts from a local company and was told that it would take two weeks to receive it and at $100 more than what I purchased this part for…. don’t get me wrong. I am a big supporter of shopping local, but why anyone go anywhere else! Thanks great job and I will definitely be a return customer if there is a need for it

knob and timer di not work
remove back screws to control panel. unplug timer. pull bad timer out. snap new timer in plug in connector. reattach screws to control panel. put knob on timer
removed control knob and dial with compression ring from front panel using 1/4in. nut driver removed 3 screws from rear of panel again using nut driver removed old washer timer unplugged wiring harness and reversed assembly took about 8 min.
It appears the machine came with the wrong washer control knob.
I damaged the timer gears trying to figure out the washer control knob. I ordered all necessary parts. It now appears the knob that came on the machine had different gear hobs than the timer. I replaced the timer. The dial then easily slipped on. Then the control knob with the clip attached pushed on to the timer. I had an extra timer knob clip. It was just 93cents so I may need it later. It works better now than it did new.
Manufacturers info for accessing the timer was vague and I ended up removing more of the shell than was necessary. Once the timer was exposed, the removal and reinstallation was quick and painless.
Took out the 3 screws holding the back on and removed the back. Unplugged the timer, took off the knob and dial. Removed the old timer. Replaced with the new timer, replaced the screws holding the timer in. Put the new dial and timer knob. Replaced the back tightened the screws and started the washer up. Yeah!

My washer is not washing; it completes the cycle but the washing part , looks like it being skipped. I wonder if could be the timer. I change the coupler, which I bought from this company. Everything is working: It is fill, drains and spins perfectly.

The timer knob just spins. The knob is broken , but even with knob off, the timer still just spins. Do you think that will be the timer replacement?
For model number WCSR2090G2WW
Hello Dave, Thank you for the question. If the shaft for the knob is spinning freely even with the knob removed, the timer switch PartSelect Number PS1482375 will need to be replaced. Hope this helps!
