Product Description
Timer Knob Specifications
This part is a replacement control knob for your washer. The control knob allows you to select the desired setting for your wash cycle. If your washer will not start or the timer will not advance, you may need to replace the control knob. Occasionally the control knob will become worn, and when this happens the control knob dial will not turn, and you will not be able to select the appropriate setting. If your control knob is worn, broken, or missing, you will need to replace it. The control knob is made of white plastic and is approximately 2 inches in diameter. The control knob is sold separately from the control knob dial, so be sure to confirm which part you need to complete your repair.

Washer control knob and control knob broken
My son, Eddy did the repairs. He used a flat head screwdriver and a pair of pliers to remove the broken parts on the shaft. He lined up the new washer control knob dial with the notch, and pushed it down into place. Next, he lined up the new control knob, and placed it onto the metal shaft. The washer works like new again! Very easy removal and installation! Thank you for your Fast Shipping, Great Prices and Available Parts Line!!!

This model isn't showing up but what I need I'm not seeing in the diagrams. There is a black plastic sleeve, the teeth line up with the white knob teeth. Has to be pushed in and turned. Can you find the correct piece for me?
For model number HTWP1400WW
Hi Diane, Thank you for the question. The black part you are looking for is part of the timer assembly, PartSelect Number PS4704240 and is not sold sepratly. Hope this helps!
